Natalie M. Sjaardema was raised in Santa Monica, California and moved to gorgeous Hanalei, Kauai, at the age of 15. Surf, sand and sun eventually transitioned into a vibrant real estate career for Natalie on Kauai's North and East Shores. At 26, she took her talents to Santa Barbara, California, where she continued in Real Estate and also started a construction company specializing in waterproof decking and seamless flooring systems. Natalie's company flourished for many years until she sold it to launch full time into the New Homes boom in the Palm Springs area.
