NeAnna is a third-generation Real Estate professional licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She developed her appreciation for Customer Service, growing up in her Father's print shop & listening in on her Mom's Client conversations during her Mom's tenure at Neiman Marcus Mazza Gallerie.
She later built a strong background in advocacy and negotiation, after a ten-year tenure with the NAACP, National Headquarters as manager of estates and high-end donors in the office of Development. In addition to being an industry named SME, she serves on the Maryland Realtors DEI committee as a Leadership appointed, founding member and avid supporter of Neurodivergent inclusion in her profession. NeAnna has been invited to speak Nationally to represent her industry and does so frequently. She prides herself on serving as a lead policy writer for Baltimore's Sustainable Development Initiative during the Freddie Gray uprising and she continues to work with Welcome US and the United Nations SDG's to further the involvement of Housing professionals in Foreign Diplomacy.
She is a State accredited Instructor for Vulnerable Housing Populations and she lends the benefit of some of her following affiliations to her clients: DC Council for Humanities; East Baltimore Development Initiative; Community Development Network of Maryland (Baltimore Committee); the United States Transportation Infrastructure task force, Women in Government Relations; Public Affairs Grass Roots Council, United States Department of State, International Development Stakeholder Global Partner; Order of the Eastern Star; Bush Institute; Obama's Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative; Global Leadership Council, Meridian International; Professional Women in Construction.
NeAnna is fluent in Spanish and conversationally-fluent in Somali and Yiddish. She is a certified Data Scientist and uses her spare time to teach the same skills to her three sons in addition to reading, volunteering, hand dancing, street bike riding, practicing Yoga, sharpening her Wing Chun Kung Fu practice and taking fun pictures with her hairless Chinese Crested.
