Nick has over 10 years of investment sales experience with an extensive track record of over $175,000,000 in closed transactions. He excels at creating mutually advantageous deals, helping clients optimize their position and achieve success in each transaction. Nick prides himself on having worked with many of his clients on a repeat basis throughout his career to grow and strengthen their investment portfolios and values being a resource to his clients through all phases of ownership. Prior to working with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Nick worked at a national real estate brokerage firm as a First Vice President, where he originated and executed complex real estate transactions, conducted in-depth market research, and provided strategic investment solutions to his clients.

Nick is a first-generation native of San Francisco and has a profound appreciation for The City. In his spare time, Nick enjoys travelling, hiking, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
