Nick Faulhaber

Nick handles the day to day operations and assists in the strategic planning of the company and its various affiliates. He also works hand in hand with all Asset Managers and Project Managers providing them with the most accurate financial information on all of their projects. Mr. Faulhaber also assists in the evaluation of potential and currently owned real estate projects for both acquisition and sale. He has over 20 years of experience with New Vistas Corporation.
