Nicole Pearce

I started in Real Estate as a loan officer mainly for VA loans, then I worked as a Real Estate Closing Attorneys assistant, and then finally as a real estate agent in 2009 and 2010. The worst housing crisis in history. That experience taught me a lot about real estate and how the different market conditions can drive buyers and sellers to do different things. From there I entered into the Therapeutic world where I learned skills for communication and helping others process emotions. Which is great in the home buying process considering it can be emotional and stressful. Lastly, I have worked in Education where I have found an overwhelming passion to help others be the best they can be. I believe education is important to us and our clients as buying and selling a home are one of the largest financial purchases in many people's lives. I have two kids that run my life and bring me so much joy but even more than that they drive me to be my best, love others and understand that family dynamics normally are the driving factor in the home search.
