I believe if you buy at least ten (10)TIP's(SFR, Condo & Townhouses) less than $150-170K for Cash/Financing, you will still command a very good ROI compared to other Investments. Why? Las Vegas market has so many renters for a 3+2+2car garage for homeowners who lost their homes from foreclosures or NOD's. "Positive Cash Flow" is still the name of the game!
