Pat Brasel helped me relocate to a new town and helped me purchase my very first home. Pat has a lot of experience and was very friendly, positive and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend Pat to any of my friends. 07/14/2015 - zuser20140512132528920 – Pat Brasel
Pat worked hard for us. We encountered substantial problems in dealing with the bank when we finally found our house. Pat and the staff at Key Realty helped a great deal in resolving the bank issues. We were able to close and begin work on our new home. 09/24/2013 - user0290486 – Pat Brasel
Pat was a dream agent for us. We were selling a small bungalow used by our daughter and son-in-law while attending UCM. Pat was enthusiastic about the property and guided us in the price throughout the process. She was always in touch and always optimistic. She posted some great pictures of the property and marketed the property expertly. She sold the property in less that three months for a reasonable price for both the sellers and buyers and helped all parties through the intricate dance of selling and buying in a difficult market. We were elated with the service she provided and would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Johnson County, Mo. area. 09/23/2013 - user1748676 – Pat Brasel
My husband is military and was stationed in Korea when we found out he had orders to Whiteman AFB. I found Pat online and she worked with me while I was still living in North Carolina! She helped us in so many ways! When we were finally able to purchase a home she was there and took us to several different houses in our price range and in the country like we wanted. She found us our perfect home! Even hundreds miles away from each other! I would never recommend anyone but Pat as a realtor! 06/16/2013 - JoyTurner6 – Pat Brasel
Pat made our process so simple!!! We were never in the dark about anything. She was on top of everything and worked with loan officer almost daily to make sure he was doing everything quickly and efficiently. We would use her again if we consider purchasing again!!!!' Thanks Pat :) 05/03/2013 - user8963331 – Pat Brasel
I inquired about a property and he contacted me with in an hour about the details. He was very knowledgeable and extremely nice and very helpful! I would consider doing future business with him. Matter of fact, I would like to use him as my real estate agent, when I an ready to purchase ! I have been looking at several properties, all on the internet only, but I am only able to look at this time on the internet because I am live at this time in West Virginia, in hopes of relocating when I find the perfect property at the best price! At this time my fiance is not sure what office he will be working out of, either St Louis, or Kansas City. I do know it would have to have a minimum acreage of 40-50 acres of good hayfield and or pasture or both, more is always better, especially if the price is right! A home with minimum of 3 bedrooms, preferably a basement or store shelter. A wish list of a big kitchen, pantry, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, barns, pasture, level to slightly rolling, family room, den, mud room, office. These are not mandatory, but a big plus! Anything horse or cattle is also a huge plus! But horse usually put the price up, and can be built cheaper than already existing, seems to be the normal! People think just because it is a horse property or has stalls or other things for horses, it is worth so much! I will not be fooled by this, like I said, it can be built cheaper! Please no double wides, or trailers unless the price is hard to pass up! They can always be moved or rented out! 04/05/2013 - katiespups – Pat Brasel
My husband and I didn't have the best credit. Pat is so knowledgable on her job she was able to recommend a mortgage company that would work with us and make our dream possible. She showed us homes within our price range and listened to all the needs and wants we have. She found us a perfect home that exceeded all of our expectations. She always contacted us quickly to update us on any changes and progress on our closing. She also informed us about a great program called "Homes for Heros". We were able to donate money to the local VA home in our name through this program. If it wasn't for Pat and her expertise we would still be living in an overpriced apartment. Instead we live in a beautiful home that our kids can grow up in. Definatly a great agent! 04/26/2012 - user633223 – Pat Brasel
I always refer Pat when I here someone is looking to sell or buy a home. She was awesome when we bought our home. I was really nervouse trying to buy a home in one state when I was living in another but Pat made it easy and was so dependable. By the time we were able to make the trip to MO from AL she had a days worth of homes for us to view by the information we had provided her. The next day we were ready to make on offer and purchased a home. You cant go wrong with Pat Brasel... 04/23/2012 - user257152 – Pat Brasel
My husband and I found Pat by chance and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. My husband is active duty military and we started our home search in MO very early. We had never been to the area and planned to make a stop in Warrensburg to look at some homes since we were passing through the area. Pat took the the time to show us around and show us houses for two days. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and so nice and friendly while working with us. At that time we didn't find a home that worked for us and decided to put the search off for a few months. Pat kept in contact with us and a year later we were ready to start looking again. Pat welcomed us back with open arms and enthusiasm. Our situation was unique because we lived outside of Missouri and on top of that my husband was out of the country serving a remote tour for the military. Pat was so accommodating in working with my limited schedule and took another four days to show me as many houses as we could fit in. She also took the time to take me around and show me what the town had to offer. She went above and beyond what I had expected from an agent. She was also able to find us the perfect home. When the process of completing the paperwork started, Pat was critical in pointing us in the right directions for lenders, insurance, etc. The process went very smoothly, especially since everything was completed with us living in a different state. Pat's office is also a participant of the Homes for Heroes program, which has special offers and discounts on services for military and public service members. Another great thing about this program is that the agent themselves, donate a percentage of their commission to a charity of your choice. It's a great way to get involved in the local community. This was very important to our family. All in all, my experience with Pat was wonderful. She treated us like family and made our foray into home ownership a pleasurable experience. I encourage anyone looking in this area to give her a call. You will not be disappointed. 04/22/2012 - user55177127 – Pat Brasel
I worked with Pat on finding a new house and was very happy with the way that she helped find the perfect house. We would meet during the week or on weekends and any time from morning to the afternoon. Pat was very professional and very kind to meet the needs that we had on finding the house for us. I would recomend her to anyone who is looking for a kind, professional, and very helpful realator. – Gretchen Spoor
