Herms R. 11/01/16 Patty has helped me with three separate properties over a two year period. She was there for me every step of the way, and through all of my questions.. She was 100 percent professional and friendly and helpful with each of the properties. She was not only friendly, she became a friend thru the entire processes. Jonathon L. 06/02/17 Patricia did an amazing job selling my home. I met her at an open house in my neighborhood and explained my situation. Not only did she get in touch with me the following day but she was at my house in a week, had my home posted and we received multiple offers within 2 days. Patricia was always very professional but kept it lite. Selling a home can be a headache but I never felt that way. My first deal fell through and she had potential buyers there in a day and under contract in 2 days. I closed and walked away a very satisfied customer. Patricia even helped get me into a new place. She did research and went with me to look at the apartments. Above and beyond what most in her field do. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. I will definitely be calling her again when I go to buy and passing her name along to anyone in the market to buy or sell their home.
