Not only did she get in touch with me the following day but she was at my house in a week, had my home posted and we received multiple offers within 2 days. Patricia was always very professional but kept it lite. Selling a home can be a headache but I never felt that way. Most insurance will right with you understanding that you need to replace roof in a few years. Also, I tell my buyers not to pay for appraisal until after the inspection period. Most of the Title companies I work for don't start the searches until after inspection period so hopefully they have not.Answered: Aug 4, 2017An offer would need to be accepted and contract signed. However, even if under contract the listing agent could still do showings if put in a Back Up status which means seller is accepting back up offers.
