Patrick Sobba

Patrick is a lifelong resident of Seattle where he grew up on the Westside in Magnolia and later graduated from Washington State University. After graduation, Patrick spent 5 years in tech sales where he expanded his Seattle relationships and learned how to value his customers in order to help them achieve their business and financial goals.

Patrick has always had a deep passion for the real estate industry which ultimately pulled him towards multifamily investment opportunities. By leveraging his past experiences, his relationship building skills, his relentless grit, and his deep understanding of the Seattle/PNW market, Patrick is an extremely strong asset to his clients. His number one priority is always helping them find the best opportunities that fit their investment goals and needs.

Currently, Patrick still resides in Magnolia. When he is not working he enjoys skiing, hiking, boating, and just about anything else that involves being outside with his dog, Whiskey.
