About: Randy was born and raised along the Wasatch front and currently lives in Ogden, Utah and has 6 amazing kids. He attended Weber State for 2 years and then graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a dual degree in Marketing. The following year Randy decided to attain his Realtor license. He has always been there to help anyone through tough decisions whether it be work related or personal. Then with his analytical and organizational skills he knew it was going to be a perfect fit to help people though one of the toughest decisions of their lives. In Randy's free time he loves spending time with his kids and traveling. 20We are definitely a crazy bunch, but what do you expect with 6 kids that all have their own personalities. I wouldn't trade them for anything in this world. I would do anything for my kids and my friends and that is exactly how I treat my clients20

One of the biggest things I like about Randy is that no matter what time of day, or what day of the week I could text him or call him with any questions and he was so quick to respond. He is very knowledgeable as well as patient and understanding. We had a situation with the buyer of our home that almost cost or at very least delayed the sale of our home. He kept us calm and reassured us everything will work out and be just fine. It was. He is now helping us with the build of our new home. I think we just might test his patience on this one! ,) I would definitely recommend Randy to anybody looking to buy, sell, or build. Thank you Randy for everything! -Brian MillerRandy GaroutteWe loved working with Randy. He was very informative. Always worked around our schedules. He would always give us his opinion on the house (as in if they may be asking too much or if it's priced right.) Will do business with him every time. He worked very hard when negotiating price with the other realtor. Randy is the MAN! -John KearneyRandy GaroutteIt is my pleasure to write a letter on behalf of Randy Garoutte. It’s because of Randy that my family and I now live in a home that we love and own. Randy showed me early in the home buying process that he had a strong work ethic and was willing to put in the extra work that it takes to be exceptional. Randy was directive when needed but never pushy. He supported us through the process and never once made us uncomfortable and never left us questioning anything. My family and I will always be grateful that we crossed paths with Randy and that we had Randy as our guide through the home buying process. Without any reservation whatsoever, I extend my highest recommendation on Randy’s behalf. I’m sure others that put their trust in Randy will be pleased they did so.
