Rebecca is everything you want in a real-estate agent. Easy to work with, knows how to create buzz around listings, get the best value on a sale or purchase, and close a deal without delays. She has a great eye for how to stage a property, and has all the right connections with contractors, house inspectors, and pretty much any professional you might need for your home. Rebecca is a fantastic realtor. We have worked with her both buying and selling one house and two apartments. She really knows the communities in which she works which provides the basis for the sound advice she gives. Her recommendations on how to stage a property for sale, the right listing price, and when to put the property on the market yielded a top dollar sale. She also excels at the support aspect by offering to meet contractors, potential renters, and others when we are working. We recommend her highly.
