Richard Dean

Richard founded Stratus Companies and has been an active developer and member of the Denver Metro community over the last 40 years. Richard has held various senior management capacities in the land, commercial, multi-family and homebuilding industries. Richard has greater than 2,000 single family-units, entitled over 20 subdivisions resulting in 5,000 lots and has managed significant commercial and multi-family development. Richard is responsible for overseeing all phases of the companies’ land acquisition, entitlement and growth directives.
