We used Roxie and Ben of Bridge Realty to sell our home in Woodbury MN and they were outstanding! The choice was between using Remax agents and Bridge Realty and we went with Roxie and Ben; they by far were the outperformed. You could tell that they were very committed because of the time and effort they put into listing/selling our property - from advice and suggestions on how to declutter our home; to staging tips, to having professional photographs taken - they were all in! Within our home, using poster tags - they highlighted why every room should be a point of interest to the buyer as they walked through our home during a showing or an open house, indeed making it difficult for the buyer to miss any valuable information! You could tell that their social media presence was strong, as they used all avenues available to them to promote our listing - from Facebook, to Craigslist, to Zillow, Truila in short over 300+ sites. They also employed traditional means of going from door to door or sending out a blast of daily flier notifications advertising our home within and around neighborhoods in Woodbury! Roxie at different times held a broker open with a buffet lunch where agents came and viewed our home and gave feedback based on their client interests! Indeed, their expertise in applying their knowledge to the ever-changing market trends showed itself in how they provided objective data that monitored the level of interest on in our listing; data showed how many times our home came up based on a buyer's criteria and how many buyers had marked our home as a favorite or as a possibility. Roxie and Ben were honest and transparent, taking extra steps that many other Realtors don't or won’t (but should); they personalized the process and we are very the grateful for it. Every step within a process and every accompanying documentation was thoroughly explained without the usual ambiguous Real estate jargon. They made double sure we understood and are comfortable with a process before signing of any documentation. Their aggressive and 'out of the box' thinking in promoting our property listing was second to none and very impressive in delivering the final product…the sale of our home! Chris and I would highly recommend Roxie and Ben; their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off.
