Based on our experience in buying our existing home, we approached Sangeeta to sell our Rental house. She explained how we can bring our property in the market even when the renters were occupying it and we did. We were able to close on the property and did not have to pay any mortgage from our pocket. She managed the whole process of managing the renters and scheduling the appointments of clients. She also negotiated with the buyers based on our inputs. All in All we were very satisfied with our experience with Sangeeta.
