About Sarah

I'm a partner in Pelton Collaborative with Baird & Warner Oak Park/River Forest. When you work with one of us, you get both. As the previous VP of Learning and Development at Baird & Warner, Sarah made it her mission to help agents offer the best to their clients and build an intelligent business. Sarah brings that passion, along with nearly two decades of local market knowledge, to the table. Arrick specializes in taking what can be a complicated process and making buying and selling easier to navigate. Collaboration is not new to us! It has been a defining characteristic of our relationship since we met in Greek life at The University of Iowa in 1999 while both serving in leadership roles. What started as teamwork has grown into a 25-year partnership in life and now in business. And, of course, we wouldn’t be here without Sally, Sarah’s mom, who took the first step into real estate in the 90s. We are humbled and grateful to be carrying on the family business and building something much larger than ourselves.

We are no strangers to the western suburbs. Sarah grew up in Oak Park and lived in the near western suburbs together for over 20 years. We’ve settled in Riverside with our two children and enthusiastic Lab pup Cooper. We genuinely believe that we live in and around some of the best communities and can’t wait to share them with you! Long after your sale closes and the movers have gone, we will always be here for you.
