I had the pleasure of helping Sarah's clients with their first home purchase. Sarah's client was using a VA loan, which can be tricky to get accepted in the Bay Area. Sarah and I were able to get the buyer's offer accepted in a multiple offer situation! She made sure to stay involved throughout the process and to ensure her clients were well taken care of. The truth is that Veterans don't always get a fair crack at homes in the Bay Area due to a lack of understanding by real estate agents of how the VA loan works. Sarah is not that agent. Not only did she advocate for their offer, she took the time to truly understand the ins and outs of the VA loan, working hand in hand with me through the entire process. Well Done Sarah! We had an amazing first home-buying experience with Sarah. Throughout the process, she was very communicative and helpful. Sarah really worked to understand our needs, wants, motivations, past homes, future plans, and so much more to help find us our perfect first home. She never tried to pressure or push us to look at neighborhoods or homes that we were not excited about, which we were very grateful for. She was able to answer our questions and address our concerns quickly, or find a resource or answer for us if she was not 100% sure, which again we were very grateful for since this is an extremely intricate and important process. Overall, Sarah was such a great partner in this experience, which can easily get very stressful. We’re so happy that we got to work with Sarah, and would highly recommend her for others’ real estate needs.
