She helped us secure a home that hadn’t even hit the market yet, which gave us a huge head start in finding the right fit for our family. Kaleena Schumacher is by far the best realtor we have worked with in the 7 house closings we have done.
She took the time to walk us through the process and coached us on our offers, to ensure we got the house of our dreams in a very competitive housing market.
She is extremely responsive with answering questions and helps ensure all required tasks are complete for a smoothing closing.
Even after closing on our house, she still took the time to help us find the best resources (lawn service, fence company, contractors, locksmith etc.) since we are not from the area.

We went through our first new home build with Kaleena. Prior to selecting a new build, Kaleena was very helpful being available for house showings, offering suggestions for properties we may have missed, and in making useful observations about the home on items we sometimes missed. Kaleena had a good knowledge of communities and home values. After we selected a new build home, Kaleena was very helpful and proactively guiding us through the process, was our advocate throughout the build process at house meetings and checks along the way, helped us get credits when any mistakes occurred, and stayed actively involved all the way until closing. We have been through 4 home buying processes with different realtors, and I can say Kaleena truly cares about her clients and has much knowledge to bring to the table other realtors we have experienced do not.

My family had the pleasure of working with Kaleena to sell our home in Raymore. From the first phone call, I knew she was very knowledgeable about the local market and very motivated to make the sale of our home as stress free as possible. Kaleena was always very friendly and kind and she made herself available when we had a question or concern.
