About: Ask me how to save $500 on closing cost. A native Floridian from Melbourne Florida. I've been buying, selling and leasing property for profit since 1991. I started helping clients as a Realtor in 2005 and was certified by the state License # 3156390. I was formally trained by and worked for Coldwell Banker for a 2 years. I then transferred to Re/Max for several years before moving to Center Point Real Estate. I've personally title searched and purchased over 100 foreclosed properties and I've worked with numerous first time homes buyers including some that received over $20,000 in state assistance. I've listed and sold homes in nearly every part of Brevard County from South Palm Bay to Port St John with my primary areas of expertise in Palm Bay, Malabar, Melbourne, Viera, Suntree and South Rockledge.
