I like using my Tablet PC to write offers from Starbucks or similar locations (I like Buddy's because they serve Pizza)! I have over 30 years experience in sales and have literally helped over 1,000 people exchange keys. After teaching other Realtors how to negotiate on behalf of their clients it's no surprise to hear that I like to negotiate for my clients benefit. I make sure my clients feel "safe" through the transaction process and have the best chance to achieve their goals! If I'm not working you'll find me hanging out with my wife of nearly 30 years, Pauline, and my 3 sons, Jacob (aka Jake - 26), Michael (aka Small Fry - 21) and Stephen (aka "the Stever - 19). If you want to light up my day ask me about my new grandson, Isaiah (Jake and his with Bekah's first child). Other than Jesus Christ they are the light of my life. My favorite things are leading worship at church, serious kite flying, jazz trumpet and flugelhorn, shooting sporting clays and hanging out with friends.
