I have had the pleasure of working with Shannon on two occasions, first buying our home and a few years later selling. Communication was great for both. Shannon was very organized and prepared for our arrival, presenting us with a package with all listings (27 homes ) I was impressed! Shannon knew the area well. She found us a beautiful home.
When my husband and I decided to sell our home, she was there the next day to share her opinion on staging and decluttering. Our video and pictures of our home were beautiful. Our home sold within 10 hours of the listing going live and we were pleased to receive an offer over asking price. Shannon was very helpful with organizing our closing to accommodate our hectic schedule while purchasing another home out of state. We had a wonderful experience working with Shannon and her associates.

From the very beginning Shannon showed her responsiveness and professionalism in finding a condo for me. She daily checked listings of condos in the area I wanted to move to and would send me the information to see if she could set up a showing appointment. Shannon also helped me to get pre-qualified for a mortgage and submitting an offer on a condo I was interested in. She responded in a timely fashion anytime I called or left a message for her with a question I needed answered. She is an excellent realtor and definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

Shannon and Steve are amazing!! They go above and beyond and treated my family like her own while we were looking for a place to live. We didn't end up moving yet, it wasn't the right time but we plan to go for it next year. Shannon and Steve are on speed-dial and will be my first call!! I have recommended them with confidence to my friends. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.!

We were so happy to have worked with Shannon and Steve. Shannon found us a financing agent with very little notice. Found us multiple relevant properties and assisted with all the inspection issues. The inspector was awesome as we had to reject one offer due to inspection issues with the home. The next home offer turned around in 24 hours and the follow through to completion was tremendous. They also recommended a great agent for our old home sale and the completion of the timeline for that sale almost couldn't have been better for us, especially with the early Covid issues. We were never disappointed. They are Knowledgeable and Connected.
