She is professional, empathetic and responsible. Any issue that came up over the 4 years she was on top of and resolved quickly. Most of the time she checked the issue herself within hours and got the necessary fix VERY timely thereafter She came and did random inspections to protect the owners interests as wel.l She never had a costly repair person until she assessed the issue herself first. She was able to answer any questions or direct me to a person who did. As an owner or a renter I would recommend her.

Invaluable. Most important for me was that Sharon kept me fully informed and was in constant contact throughout - which removed much of the stress that is inherent in the process. She helped make the whole thing as smooth as a pool table.
