A lifelong resident of Chicagoland, Shelley Brzozowski-O'Grady grew up in the south suburbs, went to school on the north side, and is now raising her family in the western suburbs. Shelley developed her keen negotiating and business organizational skills early as a sales executive in Corporate America. Her competitive prowess, however, is a result of years playing volleyball which culminated in a full scholarship to Northwestern University. But clients equally appreciate Shelley's vast network. She and her husband are both from big families tied to a long line of Chicago entrepreneurs.

"My parents raised me to believe there are no shortcuts, that hard work and honesty mean everything," she says. She in turn has passed this on to her own 3 sons.
