Stella exceeded my expectations. I purchased a distressed property on an FHA loan that required several repairs before my loan could be approved. I never thought the seller would actually make the necessary repairs to make the sale go through, but Stella optimistically said that she would make it work. To my surprise, the repairs were made and the sale closed incredibly fast. I'm now moving into my new home. Stella and the Frank Herman team are miracle workers! Because I'm so happy with her service, I've referring everyone to her.

Stella has been nothing less then professional, patient, attentive and a hardworking agent for us. We worked with Stella for months (which is how long a short sale takes) on purchasing our first home. She was there by our side for everything that we needed and was always planning ahead for the next step in the event that something didn't work out. Which in many regular/short sale cases things don't, so it's critical to have someone who can plan accordingly and is as emotionally invested in the purchase of your home as you are. She has a kind demeanor that was very calming in such a stressful time in our life, but went to bat fighting for our wants/needs when the time came. Which is exactly the type of balance that you need in an agent in order to keep you emotionally on track. In the real estate industry there are many agents in this huge pool of people to choose from, we were fortunate enough to stumble into a relationship with Stella and held on tight and are recommending her to any and all that if you want to make the right decision off the bat, use Stella and you will not be disappointed by the level of commitment and service that she offers. A few of the little things about her that stood out about her was if I was up at 8/9:00 stirring about a house issue and sent her an email I got a response even if it was simply to tell me that she had it covered. I know that she has many clients and was still able to remember details about the fact that I hate fruit trees :) She's wonderful, truly.
