Stephanie is awesome. Her email is StephWorks4U, and couldn't be more appropriate. She works very, very hard and is easy to work with. None of that annoying waiting for her to call you back all day stuff. She's engaged, and is eager to get the job done. Courtesy of Gary Heyland from Zillow.com– Stephanie Couron

Stephanie was knowledgeable regarding the properties in the area and I believe priced our home appropriately while keeping in mind our time table. She was very hand on helping us get the house ready to show. We were listed within 2 days of signing the contract, including professional pictures etc. Our home sold very quickly and Stephanie did a good job qualifying our multiple offers. She was on top of everything and kept us informed of every detail, from home inspection, appraisal, survey closing to funding . She even helped us with our moving sale and getting the house ready for final inspection. Courtesy of Kgrissom12 from Zillow.com– Stephanie Couron
I contacted Stephanie Couron about selling our current home in Sachse and buying a new larger home. We knew her through our church. My wife recommended her. This is the 4th house I sold and the 5th I bought. I knew Stephanie as a very friendly person with a great attitude. But more important to me was the task at hand. Getting a good price for my home and finding another one at a good price. My plan was to sell high, and buy low which I have never done before. Our first meeting with Stephanie went VERY well and continued that way. We met in our home and as always, Stephanie came prepared. She is amazingly organized. She came with comps and we discussed the pros and cons of different selling strategies. We agreed on a price and she went to work. Stephanie walked through our home and yard and recommended we move some things around and move some things to the garage. When we were done, our home looked like a model home. Beyond that, I prefer not to mention Stephanie’s strategy for selling a home. The formula she used got us 5 great offers in 5 days. While I wanted to jump on one, Stephanie was the voice of reason asking me to wait. It got better. We decided on a buyer that agreed to pay well over our listing price and even agreed to pay over the appraised value which is what happened. Selling done. Now it was off to find a home. Stephanie’s recommended we look at areas first, and then focus down to specific homes in that area. Finding the area we liked took some time and Stephanie drove us everywhere. The areas we were looking at were an hour or more away. She spent a lot of time making recommendations and driving us around. We changed our minds on the area several times. She knew when we found something we liked and also knew when to cut the visit short. We finally found what we were looking for in Argyle. A beautiful, newer, much larger home in a great neighborhood overlooking a pond in the back. The moment we entered this home for the first time, we all high fived. We made an offer on the home which was accepted. Guess what, it was well under the appraised value!! We sold our home over appraisal and bought under appraisal. This doesn’t happen by accident. It happened by Stephanie’s hard work, the strategy she uses to sell and buy, and her constant follow up. Buying done. Selling and buying a home can be a stressful experience. Stephanie was great at holding our hands through the process making the experience a very positive one. I cannot recommend Stephanie enough. I hope to never move again but if I did, I would only use her. If you are either selling or buying or both, you should take my advice and contact Stephanie. She delivers on her promises, exceeds expectations, and makes the stressful process a lot of fun– Ken Hudson
