Steve Enterkin

Since entering the real estate field over 33 years ago, Steve Enterkin has been deeply involved in the housing industry in the Atlanta area. The selling of new homes in the Dunwoody and Roswell area has given him an understanding of what homeowners want and need in their new home. After many years as a member of the Million Dollar Club in his Realtor Board, he carried this expertise into the homebuilding field. As a leader in new home construction in the Southern Crescent, Steve was a member and President of the Midwest Georgia Homebuilders Association. After over two decades in building, Steve entered the residential development side of the industry. To date he can credit over 600 lots that have his development company stamp on them. In addition to his residential development, Steve has now entered into the commercial development phase of real estate. Two new shopping centers are in now the works.
Steve is also active in his local community. He has coached youth football, basketball, and softball teams that his four children have been on. His proudest trophies are those his teams have won in the various youth leagues. He is also Past President of his Rotary Club and active in his local Baptist Church.
