Tammy Lyles

Tammy was born in Columbia, SC and raised in Brooklyn, NY until twenty-one years of age. I’m a graduate of Kaplan University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. I have over twenty-five years of sales and marketing experience and over ten years of real estate experience.

I currently serve as the owner/operator of Realty ONE Group Crest operating as a national franchise owner. Together, my Team and I thrive to produce top numbers while consistently maintaining our integrity and business practices.

I’ve worked for several large franchises during my tenure within the real estate arena and have learned several components of the business which has helped me to understand what realtors want and most importantly what helps them to seek their motivation and drive to be successful.

I currently hold Broker licenses in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.

I plan to grow and serve our clients with Realty One Group Crest franchise for the North East area of Columbia, SC with expectations of expanding to nearby locations in the future.
