She chose real estate because she values people, the art of negotiations, and she is inspired by the union of form, function and nature realized through architecture. She has been a top-producing real estate agent and received various awards for her performance over the years. She believes that every real estate transaction is unique just as each individual client's needs are. She thrives on working with people in challenging situations and helping them to achieve their best possible transaction price. By being proactive and asking the right questions, her objective is to identify what is most important to her clients in order to help them to fulfill their real estate dreams. There is so much that Tanya loves about Los Angeles - she appreciates the culture and the people. Her favorite thing about LA is the diversity of the architecture and the differences of each neighborhood. She enjoys exploring the different communities with her clients and pointing out these cultural and architectural characteristics. She also loves the fact that the ocean, mountains and desert are only a short drive away and that the geography of California lends itself to an active lifestyle. She lives in Brentwood with her daughter. They love spending time on the beach or exploring the many museums and special events that LA offers; she is the biggest blessing in her life. They have many play dates with friends and clients who have children. She enjoys getting together with fellow mommas to talk about the real estate market, our children and the day-to-day crazy schedules we all have.
