Sabrina is absolutely amazing! We own properties throughout the country and this has been the best experience ever. Although she represented the seller for our home purchase, she went above and beyond after the sale to ensure our complete satisfaction with the property. Since we are remote, she even assisted us with recommending local vendors and even met them at the house to grant them access and to show them what work needed to be performed. I have never met anyone so selfless and dedicated to ensuring we had a fantastic experience. Plus she has an upbeat and lovely personality that makes you feel great every time you speak with her. Beyond that she is brilliant and understands the market and how to create a win-win experience for both the seller and buyer. I will only use Sabrina in the future for all of our real estate transactions. She is the best!!!

As the old saying goes,"If you are lucky enough to have Sarah and Sabrina as your real estate agents, you are lucky enough!" Sarah and Sabrina are “the A Team”, and couldn't have been more knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They teamed up to quickly stage the house for showing and their knowledge of the market resulted in selling our house for substantially more than we would have without them.

After an offer was accepted, the closing papers were drawn up and signed within hours. The rest of the paperwork was handled just a quickly and efficiently. The great thing about their teamwork is that if you have a question one or the other is always available.

Another unexpected bonus is that they truly care about taking care of their clients and making sure they are happy even after the sale. Not only did they take care of everything on the house we were selling, they were a huge resource and help with the house we had bought even though they had not been our agents. Need a plumber, electrician, or whatever, just call Sarah or Sabrina. That is a really valuable bonus when you don't know the area.

In short, do yourself a favor and use Sarah and Sabrina as your agents. You will be thrilled with your buying or selling experience.
