I'm a Bay Area Native and have enjoyed living in the South Bay for the past 28 years. My Real Estate career began 15 years ago and I absolutely love it. Prior to Real Estate I was a bookkeeper for a small business and self-employed. I believe organization and communication is most important on every level. I take pride in my work and treat each client as if they were family. I enjoy the outdoors with my 3 sons, biking, camping or just going for a walk. For the past 3 years I have actively involved with my son's elementary school and the surrounding community. I have been the head chairperson for some of the major school fundraising events and I enjoyed every minute of it. Tina Richards!!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. She has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that she is just real. I like how well she knows her local and surrounding communities. She is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering her phone. Buying and selling can be difficult, and with a teammate like her on your side it is so much more seamless. I am excited to finally have the whole process behind me, and a new friend.
