Toby has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He’s made buying and selling a house incredibly easy. I recently moved out of state and had to get another realtor in my new area and am realizing even more now how much work the process is when you don’t have someone like Toby in your corner. I couldn’t recommend him more! Would jump at the chance to get to work with him again! I always know he has my best interest in mind and that everything is going to go smoothly. Toby was always one step ahead of us in our home buying and selling process. He was so helpful in guiding us through each step of the way and was extremely thorough and diligent - which paid off for us to get amazing deals on each side of the process. I’ve had the pleasure working with Toby several times both buying and selling. I’m someone that has a lot of questions when it comes to paperwork and Toby is always there with a prompt response and incredible patience to ensure every question was addressed and answered. Toby also goes the extra mile helping you get oriented to your new place and provides you information that you didn’t even know you need! I would never hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him for anyone entering the market either as a first time or a seasoned buyer/seller.

Toby Nordin is such an excellent example of a great realtor. He has helped sell our first home. He also helped us find and purchase our second home and it was a new build.

Prior to this final choice he prepared us with the primary task of finding home in an unfamiliar location. Toby is a wealth of information, giving us a range of homes in different area locations, settings and types, also adding pros and cons. He really knew what would peak our interests. He was prepared with answers to our questions and what answers he didn’t have, he would find the answers for us.

Toby is such a delight to work with and made the process of finding the home, pleasant. Not only did he make this pleasant but also the process of acquiring the final choice, as a new build comes with its arduous and complex financial, design and construction issues. Toby eased our nerve wracking, second guessing doubts by providing valid answers.

His mild mannered demeanor and friendly approach reinforced our trust in him as a dependable realty resource. What really stands out is his honesty and loyalty to his clients. We highly recommend him as the best realtor we’ve had the pleasure of having in the selling and buying of our home(s).
