Victoria was so wonderful to work with on the purchase of my home. This was my 2nd time purchasing however, this time I was doing it all on my own. She never rushed me, always took the time to get my questions answered and was attentive to both my needs and wants with a home.

Victoria helped us purchase our new home and sell our old home. During the buying process, Victoria was always easy to reach and flexible to find a time that would work well for everyone for showings, and she was always very considerate of our child's schedule, too. We appreciated that Victoria kept us posted on developments such as the appraisal and helped us schedule a home inspection with an organization that her experience had made her feel confident with. Leading up to listing our old house, Victoria was keeping an eye on the comps in our area and helped prep us for what that meant. Prior to our listing, she arranged for professional photos to be taken of our old home. It was definitely those beautiful photos that brought the buyers! We had close to 40 showings over the course of four days plus an open house that brought over 50 viewers, too. We ended up with 18 offers! The first offer was tendered within hours of listing. All 18 offers were above list price, and all pretty darn noteworthy. Victoria helped us sort through all those offers by summarizing each offer and presenting them to us (on a holiday, no less) so we could hone in on the best offers and make a decision. From there, the rest of the transaction went so smoothly, it was easy to forget it was even happening. I never in a million years would have thought we'd be in such a crazy selling situation with our first home, but it happened, and we're so happy we had Victoria to walk us through it.

Victoria was wonderful. We were in town for one week and she helped us find our house. She was frequently communicating with us as houses were coming on the market. She had lots of listings for us to see and was always available to get us into listings as they popped up. She was a pleasure to work with, highly recommend.
