Wyndy Woods was born in Portsmouth, VA, grew up in Chesapeake, VA, attended and graduated from Nansemond Suffolk Academy, attended and graduated from Old Dominion University, and currently resides in Norfolk, VA.. Wyndy holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Before entering the Real Estate industry, Wyndy served as a law enforcement professional for 19 years in the City of Chesapeake where she was intensely trained to be an advocate for victims of crime. She worked with high profile cases involving domestic violence and homicide and was a crisis responder to events such as the attacks on September 11th, 2001. Now, she passionately applies that training and skill set to being an advocate for her buyers and sellers, helping them to achieve their real estate goals. Embracing the transition from the law enforcement field to the real estate industry was very natural for her because of her love of helping people. Wyndy believes that there is “no better way to live this life than to get paid for something you love doing”.

Working in the real estate industry for 4 years, Wyndy prides herself on, and is committed to providing the highest quality of customer service always being committed to her client’s needs. In addition to her love of the real estate industry, Wyndy enjoys spending time with her family and partner and her Corgi named Scout. She enjoys traveling golfing, skiing, and cooking. Because of her love of the ocean and family memories at the Outer Banks of NC, Wyndy spends time there where she is also licensed as a real estate broker and conducts business from Moyock down through the OBX.
