Yvette Foster and her staff were very professional and caring. I had the task of selling my Aunt's home after her death. Three weeks earlier I had just buried my brother. I went though a bunch of real estate agents for almost a year before I found Yvette and Foster homes. She was patience , reliable, and was available to meet me around me and Fiancee schedule.( which sometimes ment evening viewing in the pouring rain) She really knows her stuff too. If I'm selling or buying another house she is my go too. I highly recommend her.

Ms. Foster was simply fantastic! From the very beginning, she was professional, punctual, and very accommodating. When my wife and I first started, we started in a first time Home Owners program. We were introduced to Ms. Foster in the program. She guided us within the program and all its complexities. We decided to leave the program, and Ms. Foster helped us bridge from the leaving the program, to buying a house on our own. She connected us to the people that we needed to speak and do business with. Being though it was our first time, she explained every step and was available for every question we had. We told her what we were looking for and she delivered. Ms. Foster was very knowledgeable about the homes and the area.
