Yvonne Barillas

Yvonne moved to Southwest (SWFL) Florida from California. Prior to real estate, Yvonne worked as a registered nurse, and as a senior administrator for one of the largest healthcare organizations in the country. Recognized for her leadership and high standards, Yvonne earned several awards for her contribution in improving the health of plan members above the national benchmark, for excellence in service, and for fiscal responsibility, including managing budgets over $150 million dollars. Recognizing that an advanced degree would compliment her work, Yvonne returned to school and earned an Executive Master of Business Administration degree. Moving to Florida opened career opportunities in real estate. Yvonne and her fianc successfully managed their real estate portfolio, including the purchase and sale of several homes in a little over one-year. Her innate desire to help others, her professional background and business acumen, as well as her personal real estate experience, encouraged her to pursue her real estate license. Trained by industry leaders in SWFL, and through relationships she has built with mortgage brokers, legal firms, and other professionals, she successfully manages the intricate details of real estate transactions with integrity, professionalism and accountability.
