Yvonne Deardorff

Born and raised in Carroll County, Maryland, Deardorff is Lakeside Title’s Chief Operating Officer ,Vice President, and co-owner. She graduated from Villa Julie College with an AA degree in Paralegal Studies before obtaining a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore and then her law degree from University of Maryland School of Law. After spending several years in a law practice focused on real estate matters, she opened Avalon Title Corporation in 1998 and completed over 500 real estate closings every year until she joined Lakeside Title Company in 2006. She established the Carroll County Branch of Lakeside Title Company in the spring of 2007 which she managed until 2009 when she turned over the branch to two phenomenal settlement officers she recruited.
Deardorff transitioned to Director of Sales & Marketing in support of all of Lakeside’s business development needs until becoming an owner of the company. Now in her role as Chief Operating Officer, she supports a team of 50 professionals that handle over 3500 real estate transactions each year. She is quick to point out that her Lakeside team compensates for her weaknesses and compliments her strengths. She is grateful and proud to lead them and attributes Lakeside’s successes to them. When not working, she spends time with her husband and teenage daughter.
