As a former employee it is the WORST teaching job I've ever had. The ADMIN is the terrible and not supportive in any way. Kids are constantly tardy (10-12 minutes) to class regularly and admin does nothing about it. Over 800 kids grades 6-8 go to lunch at the same time and there are frequent physical altercations among students. They are supervised by very few staff members including the 2 'security guards.' It is just a matter of time before DSMS is on national news with a stabbing or something. really

the WORST campus I have every worked at. I would not work there again if they paid me double. The problem is not the location or the students, it is the ADMINISTRATION.
