GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It's a small town school where all the teachers care about their students. They devote as much time as needed to ensure each and every student understands the material and is set up for success.

I am only staying in this school for like 1 academic year, and I feel like the people including both the staff and the students are all being nice. And also they do offer help for you.

It's a great school. The staff is great and they all really care about their students. The amount of effort and love being put into the students and their career is astounding. They have a class period called "flex" for students to come in and make up work or to make up their grades.

I love Hughes Springs. My son has spd and got a lot of help and therapy his first few years where he can now function in a regular classroom and still bring home not only a A's but mostly all 100s. Everyone has always been so very helpful and attentive to any question or concern I've had.

We pulled our younger son out and he is flourishing at his new school. Kids with disabilities, but high funct...
