GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I'm a senior at Manzanola Junior-Senior High School. I like this school because its very small and everyone knows each other. I'm involved in many activities. I play volleyball and basketball. I also am the secretary for student council and national honor society. Being in this school has help me to improve in my academics. The teachers are very comprehensive and helpful. Manzanola High School has help me in a lot of different ways from a student to and athlete.

The teachers at my school do a very good job at making sure their students are comfortable with their learning environment. A downfall would be if a student doesn't show the effort to learn then some staff doesn't show the effort to teach. Although, teachers at the school are very interested in how a student is doing in life outside of school.

The cooks are very friendly and always accommodate what the students/staff request within specific boundaries. I feel that the food provided at our school is much better than that of other districts. The food services in our school is superb.
