The effect Marquette has on a student will last a lifetime, I dont say that in a positive way. This school knows exactly how to tear down young minds. The staff is extremely disrespectful but expect respect in return from their students. Every adult that you run into at this school has an abuse of power issue and will use that to justify their personal problems and harassment of students. The academics are atrocious, don't expect to learn chemistry or any science. There is a statement that all staff likes to say, "marquette is a family." This is not true for students, it's a struggle to fit in at this school. The courses are far from college prep as the school advertises itself, and the idea that we have AP courses is silly, the schools offers Duel enrollment through Ivy tech but those credits barely transfer to any university, and we barely have any Honors courses as well. The class of 2025 got brushed by especially with SAT prep classes, and honors language courses.

It is a caring place. They have a highly qualified art teacher who cares very deeply for the students.

Marquette supported me throughout so I was able to achieve my goals and graduate high school. Teachers are very invested in seeing you succeed. Nothing negative to say

I am a former Blazer and I loved my 4 years at Marquette. Marquette does require the High School Placement Exam to look at your academic level and place students in their proper classes (honors, AP, etc.) I do think this placement exam does have the tendency of misplacing students in classes if they...

Look I’m really just writing this because some angry students or parents shouldn’t really be able to tank Marquette’s ratings just because some petty issue. I am a current senior at Marquette and I can honestly say it is a great school. If you work hard and apply yourself, it isn’t difficult to do w...

As I write this 3 regular content area teachers are not licensed AND THE NEW PRINCIPAL DOES NO HAVE AN ADMINISTRATORS LICENSE. I found this out by visiting Indiana teacher license look-up. In fact, I don't think any of them had VIRTUS training and if they did my guess it expired. Then again it's "da...

My mom can't offerd here for my education because she doesnt have enough money. Even though she works to jobs, she send all her money from her second job to her family in the Phillipines . And Marquette still wont let us have Finacial aid. Even though my grades are good. They rather give scholarship...
