GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I liked it because it was a small school. I knew most all the kids in my class. The teachers are there to help you succeed. I played basketball and that was the best experience of my highschool. I would like to see more opportunities for the school staff to prepare you for college with intro to college classes and maybe a college how to study class. My freshman year was a little tough until I learned how to study.

Greenwood truly shaped me into the person that I am today. In some ways positive, others truly negative. When I first started school in this district, it was small and could get away with treating it more as a community than a educational system. As I got older, so did the size of our district. But nothing changed. I hope to see more changes happen as the school grows to accommodate to all types of children rather than the select few that used to attend.

Every teacher was kind and cared about every individual. The coaches, regarding a particular sport, we're wise and set high standards for all athletes and helped them with their classes if a player was struggling in the classroom. All in all, the Greenwood community as a whole was very generous and kind. They showed selflessness and a high amount of support no matter who you are.
