I had the privilege of completing a long-term sub job at Gatewood. The principal and staff were supportive and the programs in place to help the students achieve academically were outstanding. The character education was excellent as well. The comments on this page concerning bullying are confusing...

Teachers and principal are not diligent on taking care of kids bullying each other. I've had one on meetings and nothing has been done. My child still gets bullied- we transferred.

My daughter just started going to Gatewood this year. We love her teacher and the principal. All the teachers I have met seem like they really care about the children and work really hard.
