My experience at Plattsburgh Senior high school was overall beneficial for my future. Certain acedemic departments provided by the school prepared me well for my current college courses. One negative experience would be the history department. I was not fully prepared in the aspect of government and economy.

I transferred into Plattsburgh senior high school the beginning of my sophomore year, during Covid so it was really hard to meet friends. But as the years went along I found myself surrounded by friendly people and I have created memories that I'll never forget from going to this school.

I transferred my junior year and have lived my time here. I've felt heard and accepted and had so much fun here.

No bus system in the morning, The principal is never in his office, The cvtec bus is always late, there are too many students per counselor so there always busy, and they refuse to listen to student criticism.

I went here until my junior year. One of the guidance counselors spends a large part of her day socializing with other staff rather than helping students. The school nurse is rarely available, there are days she's gone for 4 periods and even when she's their not much of her attention is put towards...

Graduated early, my junior year, and glad I did. What can I say, it's your typical public school, some teachers weaker than others, some more like-able, you just have to luck out. The budget has been getting weaker and weaker year by year, which entails more and more cuts. Like I said, glad I finish...

When it comes down to it, this is an alright school. The thing that keeps it on the map though, are the teachers. An amazing staff of educators who truly care about the kids. Right down to the monitors and the custodial staff.
