My experience is not that if I had to option to go to another school I really would have but I kept going despite the things I went through up there I'm happy in about to graduate so that I can get away from that place though.

This schools is a great academic school. They have a lot of great classes like DE, Honors courses, AP and etc

I attended Green Oaks from Oct 2008-2009 I came in from Little Rock,Ar. On my first day i walked into my English 4 class and the teacher had me introduce myself. After I was done talking he asked me why am I acting so white. I replied I'm not sure what you mean. The rest of the year was horrible I branded a wanna be white girl be of spoke correctly, the way I wore my hair (long straight and natural) to the pink glasses I wore. I came from a all black school and we all acted the same way. This school has a different type of black people in it. And I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Not only that but they took most of my credits that I earned because they didn't have a similar course. My mom had to go to the school board to get my college credit back.

I went there in 1971, the year it opened, and I felt as if i was walking around inside Angola Prison. Even the teachers seemed unable to speak the English language with any proficiency whatsoever.
