There isn’t a strong sense of community here. Communication is lacking from the school and is always very cold/straight to the point. We observed that there seemed to be daily punishments from certain teachers (each day we would ask our child if anyone got put in time out and the answer was always ‘...

Children learn what they see (not what they hear). I don't like the Principal because his words do not match his actions. Just my two cents.

Sunshine Gardens needs a lot of work to get back to the stellar school it once was. This was not the fault of the Teachers but the past Principal who failed in every way possible. She took away Bully Busters, Student Council, never disciplined the bad kids and let them get away with it and some kids...
