Sunnyside mine was located not far from this property and the lead carbonate mine workings actually border up to the property. in my 40 years of selling mining property, I've never seen anybody actually do assay work for tellurium, which is an element that is used extensively in solar panels. I have personally had the Minnehaha mine assayed for tellurium, and it was present. I have mine reports, including some assay results, in the associated documents for your review. There are also 3 mining claims owned by others (I am one of the owners of those) that are located downhill but very close (600 feet away) to the subject properties. The property does go up into the saddle and it is actually pretty flat up there, somewhere between 10 and 20 acres perhaps.
