Devon Triangle is a mix of industrial and residential areas in northeast Columbus, overlooking train tracks and Interstate 670. Common home styles include Traditionals and Craftsmans, ranging between about 700 and 2,000 square feet. Some are over 100 years old. On Gibbard Avenue, residents have taken advantage of a city-sponsored program to replace older homes with new construction, so there are two-story Traditional homes built in the early 2000s next to small cottages from the early 1900s. The neighborhood is home to big local employers, including G & J Pepsi Bottling Company and Carr Supply of Columbus. Devon Triangle is zoned to Trevitt Elementary, Champion Middle and East High, part of the Columbus City Schools district. Saunders Park, which has a public pool and green space, is nearby, and efforts are underway to develop a recreation area within Devon Triangle.
