This road provides a solid foundation to create a future driveway for a single residence or multiple homes. To visit the property, take exit 40 off I-93 and drive 0.9 miles on US 302 East. Turn left onto Brook Road. Proceed 0.6 miles to Cherry Valley Road on the right. Proceed approximately 1 mile; the property will be on the left. The corners will be marked with pink flagging. The parcel offers gently-sloping topography with elevation ranging between 1,100’ to 1,060’ ASL (above sea level); therefore, nice views in many directions are possible with tree clearing. At the land’s eastern end, toward the road frontage, soils appear to be mostly well drained and exist as a combination of sandy, gravelly and rocky material. Soils become less well drained at the land’s north-central area, though nearly all of the land is likely buildable. The front part of the property was cleared within the last 6 years, while the back portion was last harvested in the 1990s, providing pole-sized forest cover.
