The land is diverse with some areas of thick scrub brush, pine trees, and about two-thirds of the property is a mix of hardwoods with some mature timber including oak, maple and ash. There are two cleared areas that have been used for food plots and there are several apple trees that still had apples in November. Also, there is a small seasonal run-off stream. When I walked the property it was obvious there was a lot of deer activity especially around the apple trees and I found several rubs along the well-used game trails.
