There is a living room & dining on the front of the home and there is a huge den. The AC/heat is only 2 years old per seller. The tax records has the wrong square footage because they didn't add the den to the original square footage which was probably the garage. The double carport needs a new roof which the seller paid for but the contractor ran away with his money without doing the work!
